Maria Erna began her real estate career in early 2000, as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for BlueGreen Corporation, an international developer of residential subdivisions, premier golf course communities, and resort properties.
Proud to be a member of the National Association of Realtors, she values the higher code of ethics and standards expected of her. Maria is licensed in both Georgia and New Hampshire. With over twenty years of real estate experience, she has sold both commercial and residential property from the golden coast to the lush mountains. In Georgia, her focus is the North Metro Atlanta area and the surrounding cities, as well as Lake Lanier and Coastal Property. In New England, she is focused in Southern New Hampshire, making her a natural fit to work with any relocation requirements. She also specializes in new and custom construction.
She has passion for assisting first time Buyers, with patience and interior design skills to provide knowledge of what to expect, peace of mind through the acquisition process, and guidance to visualize the potential in an ordinary home to make it a dream home.
As a Seller’s Agent, she uses the most current market information to properly value the property, and advises Sellers on how best to improve their home to solicit the highest offer price. Maria then utilizes her expertise in Marketing and Social Media Networking to obtain maximum listing exposure, and increasing the visibility to potential Buyers.
Her past successes as a corporate executive drives her strength in commercial real estate transactions. Builders and commercial clients alike reap the benefits of her 30+ years corporate experience, along with a solid financial, operations, and marketing background. A savvy entrepreneur and commercial real estate investor, Maria is known for her attention to detail, market research, and uncompromising negotiation skills.
Prior to entering into real estate, Maria enjoyed success as an Operations and Marketing executive for several real estate developers, technology, retail, and entertainment companies. She continues to oversee her business consulting firm and pet grooming salons and day spas.
Originally from New England, Maria relocated to Georgia in 1994. In 2014, She headed back to NH to partner on a commercial real estate endeavor with her brother, Sully, who is an accomplished musician, author, and actor. She travels between her homes in Alpharetta, GA and Windham, NH.
She enjoys cooking, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her dogs. Maria is a radio personality, frequents live music venues, and a real estate advisor to executive and celebrity clientele. She is also active in animal rights and rescue organizations.
